This song is the shit!! Condoms fucking rock! About time someone gave credit to the pain saving latex of life! Rock the fuck on!!!! -Beegeezee
thanks dude. hellyea
Fuckin sweet
I wish I knew how you were able to attract so much attention to your music. This piece OWNS!!!
Also would you please recommend me a good plugin for choirs?
I agree with your review, I need more choirs but I'm reluctant to use the ones I have because of their total weakness and lack of depth.
This song has very powerful choirs and I honestly don't have much more to add here because all of the reviews that you have gotten are very accurate for this piece!
I can however, offer you a high five and a beer as my token of appreciation!
I like beer :D.
I love you man *hugs in drunken stupor*
But on a serious note. Some good choirs eh? Some soundfonts you may be interested in.
papelmedia Choir
Children's Choir
Google both, and no Childrens choir is not Michael Jackson approved >_>, whoever said to me a long time ago, read that line.
Some good choirs for large VST's.
East West Symphonic Choir (go nuts, 38 gigs in size)
PlugSound CD 6 (has two decent ones in there)
I'm glad you enjoyed it, I appreciate the review and your token ^^.
Sweet!
Damn that shit is hard! I wish I could play guitar like that. What did you use for your drums? Cause I was going to guess either BFD, or Reason. Sounds fuckin great man!!
Hey thanks for the review man. I use reason for the drums.
Yo
I can't hate man...Of course this sounds like mortal kombat jams. I would normally say that this stuff bites but you clearly got the results that you were going for so that's why I gave you a 9 on the effort. Overall not too bad.
Yo
So check it out man. I know where you are coming from with this piece. You're style is very similar to mine which is crazy cause I've never heard anyone make stuff like me. This song is the shit and trust me, you're going to want to revive this one somewhere down the road when you're more confident in your skills. Not that you aren't already. FL is a great place to start. Ever think of jumping up to Reason? If you do, I'd love to do some Internet collaboration projects with you. Let me know if you're interested. Damn Good Show my friend!
thank you. i really appreciate that. and i've considered reason for quite some time now. i just gotta get a bigger hard drive first. and some more cash.
Yeah
That's a funny jam. If you were serious though, you'd go get some decent mics and a cool audio interface so that you could take it to the next level of clowning! You're lyrics were funny but I could barely hear them. Keep working! Peace!
It's always good to get a review that isnt written by a complete moron.
Thanks for not just throwing around insults and actually giving me suggestions.
Sweetness
That song was the shit!! I've been trying to learn sequences like that for a long time now. Someday I hope to reach your level of composition. I seriously mean that. Very good piece here. Many props.
Thank you, i'm glad you found the song enjoyable ^^. You will reach wherever you want to go, as long as you keep them coming Beegeezee! I have absolutely no official music theory behind my back, so for anybody who tells you "You need training to make anything!" you can tell them to go away, because I firmly believe spirit and flare is more then enough, it will just take longer to refine this way, but i'm willing to travel there.
Thanks for the review ^^.
CLIPPING!!!
Great Tune man.... But you gotta bring those faders down a notch there man. Your final mix should not be this hot. Other than your mix, the song was good.
Description:A slightly fast paced song with a little bit of a harsh main instrument. But still, the tune is great, so if you get used to the instrument you'll most likely enjoy it. Like Beegeezee said, it's kinda loud lol. There are some better qualities tho. My least favorite part is the ending....I suck at endings :P. The beginning is great tho, so enjoy.
-------------------------------------
To Beegeezee,
Thanks, I agree but I honestly couldn't find a better instrument....the others I tried sucked lol. The reason it's so loud and harsh is that I had to multiply the note by four (it was a four octave chord, a note in each octave). Otherwise it got unbalanced and started screwing around. Btw, I hope you don't mind me using this review for my description. Thanks for the review, once again, I hope you enjoyed it.
Good Show!
I like this piece a lot. What did you use to make this? I'm a Reason junky and I try to make good classical sometimes but I don't manage to come up with melodies like that. Please reply. -Paul
I'm sorry for the late response Paul. Here is what I use.
I use Fruity Loops, for one reason alone really. Reason doesn't use VST's, which is essentially absolutely everything you hear in this song. Fruity Loops has actually very little to do with the sounds here, Fruity Loops is just the vessel to carry out these mini Plug-in programs which contain these samples.
Thats not to say Reason can't do this either, there is some AWESOME refills which I would just kill to have on Fruity Loops, but there is good with the bad, and bad with the good right?
I hope I was helpful, if you have any other questions, feel free to ask ^^.
Thank you for the review.
I am amazing. That is all.
