I think this is one of your better ones. it may be a short one but if you can sequence a whole peice with this mentality, you'll be setting yourself up to a higher standard which will always keep you growing. Good song.

In the right direction
I can tell that you're starting to grow with this piece. I respect this song because I know what you were trying to accomplish. I remember when I was trying to slug it out with some mediocre samplers and FL Slayer to try and grasp that raw edgy sound. It's really hard to get that without being able to hop on some live instruments and play it all out.
My only suggestion would be to keep at it and upgrade your synths and programs whenever you can. Also just when you've finished a piece of work I'd suggest doing a "save as" and using the same song create another file of the same one. that way you can keep the original piece in tact, and have a spare one that you can toy with and experiment with. I don't know how you do your work but I've found that some of the best songs were derivatives of my older stuff that I gave complete makeovers to. In summary, Keep it up! Your doing the damn thing!! Peace!
Yea thanks bra. I did have a hard time trying this because of slayer. But thanks for the tips and tha info on every thing iight mayn. Ill make shure that ill keep up with tha samples and synths. Thankz

Simple Yet Satisfying
3 Hours huh? I think some of the best stuff is made like that. It seems that the less complicated your approach, the easier it flows out of you. I could easily hear this on the top 40's though probably featuring R Kelly or Usher. Good job on the song. Cubase can be a pain to do midi in if your processors aren't up to par. You set up a couple of Vst's and your typical cpu just sputters and kicks. Keep up the good work.

It's just a hobby. I havn't been doing anything much right now because I'm in school for Audio Production. it's cool you like my stuff..And yeah, haha, I like The Scream.

I normally don't give all 10's but the originality of this is so far out there. I have Reason 3.0 as well and I love the hell out of the effects. I wish that they could be used as vst plugins for other programs like Nuendo and Cubase. Great freakin production man! Many props.

Not Bad
It was a pretty good song that reminded me of something on the movie Gladiator. But Hans Zimmer you are not. You could benefit from some better synths and samples. Perhaps work on the panning for this song. Other than that I liked it. As well as your other submissions.
